Frame
Step-through frames are easier to get on. Diamond frames feel stiffer to some riders. Neither is a moral choice. It is your hip and your height.
We will hold the bike. You swing a leg over. If that is awkward in the store, it will be worse on a curb.
See the actual unit on shop e-bikes. Design talk without the bike in the room is a guess.
Wheels
Small wheels turn quicker and feel busier on cracks. Larger wheels roll over more. Fat tires are a third feeling. Read the inch size on the listing and then look at the tire.
We will not tell every rider to buy the biggest wheel. A shorter rider can hate it.
If the listing says 26 inches, that is the design. Do not argue it into a 20-inch bike.
Fit before money
Flat-foot at a stop. Reach the brake levers without stretching your wrists straight. Those two checks beat any color.
Color is real and it is also the last decision. A color we do not have is not a design we can sell you today.

A phone repair and a bike you buy are different receipts. The repair policy covers the repair. The device sales policy covers the sale. Bring the ticket back to the same store. Most in-stock phone jobs finish in 30 to 60 minutes. Bikes are large, so call ahead and ask which store has the unit before you drive across the valley.
