Repair Terms & Warranty
Warranty and service terms for iPhone screen repair, Samsung phone repair, iPad service, laptop repair, and other device repairs at Quick Cell Repairs Lehigh Valley locations.
1. Transparency & repair records
Every repair can be tied to your account—whether you booked online or we opened a ticket in store. You can review status and documentation from intake through completion when account features are available.
2. Warranty coverage
Applies to many phone screen repairs for Apple and Android devices, including Samsung, Motorola, and Google—confirm at service time.
Shorter coverage may apply for aftermarket or budget-tier parts; your quote lists the exact term.
Ghost touching & defects
Manufacturer defects such as ghost touch or display instability are covered when reported within the warranty window and verified by our team. Many issues can be resolved quickly in store when parts are in stock.
These terms apply at all seven Quick Cell stores: Emmaus at 1301 Chestnut Street Ste M, Breinigsville at 9225 Hamilton Boulevard, Fogelsville at 7720 Main Street Suite 7a, Walnutport at 350 South Best Avenue, Bangor at 1 Broadway, Nazareth at 848 Nazareth Pike #2, and Bath at 2716 Community Drive. Hours are 10 AM to 8 PM every day. Call 484-268-9337 if a line is unclear. We quote repairs before we start. Emmaus takes 10% off qualifying repairs, not new-phone or accessory sales. Premium and OEM screen work carries a 45-day warranty; aftermarket screen terms are shorter and listed on your quote. If a line here conflicts with your receipt, the receipt wins. Walk in. You do not need an appointment to ask which policy applies. Most in-stock screen and battery jobs finish in 30 to 60 minutes. We have done this work in the Lehigh Valley since 2015. Bring the device and the receipt if you already have one. Ask at the bench before you leave a device. We will point you to the repair, sales, trade, or shipping page that matches the visit.
Written by Quick Cell Repairs. These are the terms we use at the bench and on receipts — not a sales article.
