Privacy Policy
This page explains what information quickcellrepairs.com and our seven Lehigh Valley stores collect, what we use it for, and who else sees it. Last updated October 20, 2026.
1. What we collect
Booking a repair: your phone number, the device model, the store you pick, your preferred time, and your name if you give it.
Creating an account or placing a shop order: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and your shipping address if you choose delivery instead of pickup.
Repair tickets: the device, the problem you describe, and the status of the work, so you can look it up on the status page.
Messages you send us through the site or the help center.
Online card payments are switched off. This site does not collect card numbers.
2. How we use it
To book, repair, and return your device, to answer your questions, and to process and fulfil shop orders. We may email or call you about that order or repair.
3. Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, pages, and clicks on phone, directions, and booking buttons, by store. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads lead to bookings. These services set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receive technical data such as your device, browser, and pages viewed.
You can block these through your browser settings or a content blocker. The site still works.
4. Who else handles your data
Our hosting and database provider, our email service (for confirmations), and Cloudinary (product and repair photos). Google and Meta receive analytics data as described above. We share information with others only to run the service or when the law requires it.
5. Your browser storage
Your cart and, if you sign in, your login session are kept in your browser storage on your device. Signing out or clearing site data removes them.
6. Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, call 484-268-9337 or ask at any store. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. Questions: call 484-268-9337.
These terms apply at all seven Quick Cell stores: Emmaus at 1301 Chestnut Street Ste M, Breinigsville at 9225 Hamilton Boulevard, Fogelsville at 7720 Main Street Suite 7a, Walnutport at 350 South Best Avenue, Bangor at 1 Broadway, Nazareth at 848 Nazareth Pike #2, and Bath at 2716 Community Drive. Hours are 10 AM to 8 PM (7 PM in Emmaus) every day. Call 484-268-9337 if a line is unclear. We quote repairs before we start. Emmaus takes 10% off qualifying repairs, not new-phone or accessory sales. Parts carry a 10-day warranty at most; ask the technician to confirm it when you get the repair. If a line here conflicts with your receipt, the receipt wins. Walk in. You do not need an appointment to ask which policy applies. Most in-stock screen and battery jobs finish in 30 to 60 minutes. We have done this work in the Lehigh Valley since 2015. Bring the device and the receipt if you already have one. Ask at the bench before you leave a device.
