Why the diagnosis comes first

So we look first, for free, and then name the part. You approve the number or you take the laptop home. We do not start work you did not agree to, and we do not open a machine we cannot finish that week.
What we will not pretend to do
We are not a board-level micro-soldering lab. If a laptop needs component-level rework on the motherboard, we tell you that and you keep your money.
We do not offer mail-in laptop repair. The machine stays at the store you walked into. Back up your files before any visit — a screen or keyboard job does not touch your data, but a drive that is already failing does not care what job we booked.
Laptop work is not covered by the 45-day premium phone-glass warranty. Ask at the counter which window applies to the part on your quote, and read the repair policy for the written terms.
How long it takes
Phone screens and batteries are usually 30 to 60 minutes. Laptops are not phones. Panels and keyboards are model-specific, so the honest answer depends on whether the part is on the shelf.
