Phone repair at seven Lehigh Valley stores
Same-day screens, batteries, charging ports, and water damage. We quote before we start.
How a phone repair visit works
Walk in with the device. You do not need an appointment. If you want a time held, book it on the homepage. Hours at every store are 10 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
We look at the phone before we open it. A cracked screen can be glass only, a dead display, or both. A phone that will not charge can be the cable, the battery, or the port. We say which one it is, then we quote the part we will actually fit.
Most in-stock screen and battery jobs finish in 30 to 60 minutes. If the part is not on the shelf, we tell you before we start. We do not begin a job we cannot finish that visit.
What phone repair costs
We do not publish a price list. An iPhone 11 screen is not an iPhone 16 Pro Max screen, and a premium part is not an aftermarket part. The number you need is the quote for your model, written down before any screws come out.
Diagnosis is free. You can say no and leave with the phone. The Emmaus store takes 10% off qualifying repairs. The other six stores do not. Call 484-268-9337 if you want to know whether a part is in stock before you drive.
If the quote is more than the phone is worth to you, we will say so. We also sell phones. Sometimes a replacement device is the cheaper path. That conversation happens at the counter, not in a form.
Parts we fit
Screens are the part that changes the price. Premium and OEM-style glass costs more and is the work we warranty for 45 days. Aftermarket glass costs less. Its warranty is shorter, and the length is on the quote, not in a slogan.
We keep the original Face ID hardware on an iPhone. A copied module is how people lose Face ID after a cheap mail-in repair. True Tone and auto-brightness depend on a paired display. We tell you when a replacement will keep those features and when it will not.
Batteries, charging ports, and liquid-damage jobs use the same rule: you see the part and the warranty window before we start.
Premium glass versus aftermarket glass
Pick premium or OEM-style glass if the phone lives in a pocket with keys and you want the longer warranty. Pick aftermarket if you want the lower quote and you accept a shorter window.
We stock both when we can. We do not pretend they are the same part. The repair policy is the written version of this choice.
Warranty and what we will not promise
Premium and OEM screen work is 45 days. Aftermarket parts are 10 days unless the quote says otherwise. Liquid damage is not covered by a screen warranty. A phone that went in water can fail again after it leaves the store. We say that before we take the job.
We do not offer mail-in repair. The phone stays at the store you walked into. Bring a charger if you have one, so we can test charge, cameras, and Face ID after the work.
