Every month
Air in the tires. Soft tires ruin range and rims. The sidewall has a pressure number. Use it.
Brakes. If the lever is mush, stop riding and call the store. That is not a phone-case problem.
Battery charge. Follow the maker card that came with the bike. We will not invent a different chemistry tip.
What to bring back
The bike, the charger, and the receipt. Warranty work starts at the store that sold it. Shop e-bikes is where the sale began.
Describe the fault in one sentence. “It will not power on” is enough. A novel is not.
Phone repairs and bike repairs are different tickets. Do not hand us an iPhone and expect that visit to cover the bike.
What we will not promise
We do not offer a full machine-shop rebuild on every motor brand. If the job is past what we sold and warrant, we will say so.
We do not store your bike for the season as a free garage. Ask the store before you show up with that plan.
Crashes and neglected tires are not a surprise warranty. Read the device policy while the bike is still new.

Diagnosis on a phone is free. The quote is written before we take a screw out, and the bike price is the tag in the store. You can say no. Premium and OEM phone glass is 45 days. Aftermarket phone glass is shorter, and that window is on the quote. Emmaus takes 10 percent off qualifying phone repairs. The other six stores do not.
A phone repair and a bike you buy are different receipts. The repair policy covers the repair. The device sales policy covers the sale. Bring the ticket back to the same store.
