A phone-repair 45-day screen warranty does not cover a bicycle. The device sales policy does. Emmaus takes 10% off qualifying phone repairs, not bikes, unless the tag says otherwise. Before the first ride
Squeeze both brakes. Spin the wheels. Confirm the battery locks and comes out the way the latch says. Do this in the store, not on a hill.
Helmet. Lights if you will be out late. We can sell you a phone charger. We are not going to pretend a phone shop is a helmet fitting lab unless we have the helmet in the case.

What the warranty is
A bike you buy from us is a device sale. The device policy is the legal document. A repair ticket for an iPhone is a different document. Do not mix them.
Bring the bike back to the store named on the receipt. Another town’s phone counter cannot see our sale.
Water, crashes, and a battery you left dead all winter are not a mystery. Ask us what the policy actually says before you need it.
Road rules
Class of motor, where you may ride, and the age of the rider are Pennsylvania rules, not our house rules. Look them up for the bike you bought. The sticker on the motor is the start.
We will not write a legal opinion on this page. If a listing says the bike is for ages 6 to 12, do not put an adult on it.

If something feels wrong
Stop riding. Call the store on the receipt. If the brake lever goes to the bar, do not ride it home and hope. Hours are 10 AM to 8 PM.

Diagnosis on a phone is free. The quote is written before we take a screw out, and the bike price is the tag in the store. You can say no. Premium and OEM phone glass is 45 days. Aftermarket phone glass is shorter, and that window is on the quote. Emmaus takes 10 percent off qualifying phone repairs. The other six stores do not.
A phone repair and a bike you buy are different receipts. The repair policy covers the repair. The device sales policy covers the sale. Bring the ticket back to the same store. Most in-stock phone jobs finish in 30 to 60 minutes. Bikes are large, so call ahead and ask which store has the unit before you drive across the valley.
