Size and pocket
A Plus or Pro Max is a different design from a mini or a standard phone. Hold it. We do not tell you which design is better. We tell you which ones we have.
Weight matters more after a day than it does in a thirty-second demo. Walk around the store with it if you want.
Cases we sell can change the feel. Ask to see one on the phone before you decide the design is too slippery.
Storage and condition
Design includes how much room the phone has. 128GB and 256GB are not the same listing. Do not assume we can upgrade storage. We cannot.
Condition is on the label. New and pre-owned are different promises. Read the device sales policy if you are buying, not the repair policy.

Repair instead of a new design
A cracked screen is not always a reason to change designs. If the board is fine, a repair is the smaller spend. We quote that beside the sale price.
If you already hate the size, stop repairing and pick a different phone. We will say that. We sell both outcomes.
Emmaus takes 10% off qualifying repairs. It does not take 10% off the sale price of a phone unless the tag says so.

Aftermarket phone glass is shorter, and that window is on the quote. Emmaus takes 10 percent off qualifying phone repairs. The other six stores do not.
